Delivered a £1000 rowing machine to our next door neighbours rather to our house. They were not in, so they just left the boxes outside their door. We were in all day, and they had our phone number but made no attempt to contact us. Fortunately nothing was stolen. Totally unacceptable. This was a John Lewis order - have contacted them but felt compelled to also write a review here.

Horrible company. Drivers dont even attempt to deliver items. Didnt knock on door, didnt ring bell, didnt even park by the house after waiting all day yet slipped a note saying I missed the parcel. Horrible.

Absolutely disgusted with the manner and attitude of the driver who was rude and condescending this morning.

Delivery came to my address in error. Tried to explain to the driver that it wasn't for me. When I asked the address he wanted he just said 'this address'. So I said again that this box as big as a washing machine was not for me. I told him my address and he said 'well that's not what it says on the corner of the road'. He just wanted to argue the case with me. Finally he conceded and started to move the box that was sat in front of my door. But, he looked at me and said 'you can go in and close the close the door then' I was in shock and wasn't sure why he was speaking to me like that. He went down the path saying, ' go on, get in, close the door, stop looking at me' and continued to look at me in shock while repeating the same words.
I'm still in shock now that he thought it acceptable to treat me like this. I was trying to help him and this bully of a man wanted to make me suffer because he had delivered to the wrong address.
This service does not warrant any stars but I could not leave a review without giving a star rating.

Shocking company!!!

waited in all yesterday for collection of a item to be returned to seller.guess what they never showed ,but tracking shows collection was made.but item still sits by my front door ,this is after i rang them twice on collection day and told it will be collected.had to ring them following morning to hear there excuses and now i have to wait another day for collection,fingers crossed.u would have thought they would arranged express collection given they are to blame.useless delivery service

My parcel was to be delivered on 12/09/22 between 8am and 6pm.Tracked it at 6 pm tracking went off no parcel.
The following day my parcel to be delivered between 11:53 and 14:53 tracked parcel tracker went off at 14:53 parcel didn't arrive. Day 3 my parcel aventually arrived costing me 3 days off work.
No apologies just said delivered exactly. Oh and that cost me 3 days pay
All I can say is DX change your DX Express name because you certainly aren't Express.
Guys avoid like the plague

Item delivered a day later than agreed - had paid extra for item to be delivered - will be seeking a refund. As I was out when the item was delivered it was put in the blue bin - what is classified on the slip they put through the door as 'a suitable place'!!
Appalling service, companies please stop using them until they actually provide a proper service.

Just received a txt to say they could not deliver, been here all day, no one has tried to deliver.
cant get to speak to customer services....

Worse company ever!
Only dealt with these cowboy couriers twice and both times they lied stating they tried to deliver but no answer.
We have three cameras outside our house, so unless they flew in by chopper and tried to pop it down the chimney, THEY ARE LIARS!
Just reading all the other reviews 56% gave them 1 star and that was because you can't give them no stars.
Steer clear and all you companies that obviously use these as they are cheap... you get what you pay for!

Today Dx gave me the time slot 13:59 to 15:59 between two hours. I was waiting all day. 6:30 pm they sent me email they couldn’t get access the property.dx delivery is absolutely rubbish.
